Windows RT （亦称 Windows RT 8，开发代号 “Windows on ARM”）是由微软针对移动设备开发的一款操作系统。它本质上是微软为 ARMv7 架构而开发的定制版 Windows 8 ，于2011年01月在 Consumer Electronics Show 上展示。 Windows RT 最终在2012年10月26日与 Windows 8 一齐上市，同时发布了三款基于 Windows RT 的设备, 比如微软的 Surface RT 。该系统适用于续航时间更长且专为在旅途中使用而设计的轻薄型电脑。
