Windows 10 Mobile build 14393.0 is the official RTM build of Windows 10 Mobile Anniversary Update, which was released to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring on 18 July 2016. This build for ARM32 architecture was also released to the Windows Update server as an update from an existing version of Windows 10 Mobile and as a delta for builds 13333.494, 14388.0, 14390.0 and 14392.0. For x86 and x64 architecture, the corresponding Mobile Adaptation Kits are shared to BetaArchive^[1].

An issue is fixed resulting in rapid battery drain when Visual Voicemail syncs voicemail messages on Dual SIM devices like the Lumia 950 XL.
An issue is fixed causing some battery drain on older devices like the Lumia 535, 640, 735, 830, 930 and Icon.
An issue is fixed causing Voice Recorder to not show up consistently as an option for Call Recording.
Several issues are fixed impacting Dual SIM capabilities.

Wallet users are prompted for a PIN twice when using tap to pay from a locked phone.
If users do a backup on a device running the latest Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview builds and move back to the released version of Windows 10 Mobile (Build 10586) and restore from their backups – their Start screen layout won’t restore and remain the default Start layout. Their previous backups also get overwritten.
