2015 年 7 月 28 日作为 Windows 10（初始版本）的正式版发布[2]。

相比 build 10176.16384 变化不大，但相比最后一个 Threshold 1 预览版本，此版本移除了水印，并增强了系统稳定性，开发分支从 fbl_impressive 切换到了 th1。

2022 年 9 月 20 日，在微软公共符号服务器上发现了该版本 ARM 架构的系统文件。

  • 旧版 Windows 遗留
    由于来自早期的内部预览版本或 Windows 8.1 等更早的 Windows 系统的源代码未完全清理，以下一些旧的功能能通过某些特殊方法打开。
    • Windows 8.X Charm 边栏搜索功能[3]
      在运行窗口里输入 rundll32 -sta {C90FB8CA-3295-4462-A721-2935E83694BA} 即可打开。
    • Windows 8.1 样式的开始屏幕
      MetroFetro 曾经在他的油管频道发布过关于在 32 位 Windows 10（初始版本）开启 Windows 8.1 开始屏幕的方法，并包含了修改过的 shell32.dll 和 twinui.dll 和一个注册表项（用于开启旧版开始屏幕）[4]。后来他发布了 x64 架构版本替换所需要的文件，但是实装后这一版开始屏幕存在很多问题。
    • Windows 8.1 任务栏跳转列表
      替换一个旧版的 SHCore.dll，会把任务栏跳转列表替换为旧版。同期的 Windows Server 2016 内部版本也可以实现这个功能。
    • 控制面板遗留
      虽然 Windows 10 将默认通知区域图标设置界面移动到了设置应用，但是在运行窗口输入 explorer.exe shell:::{05d7b0f4-2121-4eff-bf6b-ed3f69b894d9} 也可在控制面板打开对应页面。此功能直到 Windows 11 依然可用。
      （看来微软不准备把控制面板给砍了啊？）


控制面板里的个性化设置：
桌面壁纸：运行 explorer.exe shell:::{ED834ED6-4B5A-4bfe-8F11-A626DCB6A921} -Microsoft.Personalization\pageWallpaper；
颜色与外观：运行 control color 或 explorer.exe shell:::{ED834ED6-4B5A-4bfe-8F11-A626DCB6A921} -Microsoft.Personalization\pageColorization。

    • builds 98XX 样式通知中心（已有部分损坏）
      在 AskVG 上发现开启方法[5]。
